Success at Age Group Nationals!
Synchro Gainesville Gaviatas experienced tremendous success at the 2011 ESynchro Age Group National competition in Seattle, Washington. The 16-17 team had a superb swim and earned a Silver Medal in the team competition. Pictured below are Head Coach Becky Dyroen-Lancer and the 16-17 Team: Grace D, Caroline P, Maria A, Sabrina V, Ashley B, Carlie C, and Catherine M.

Preliminary competition for 11-12 Age Group began on June 25th. The 11-12 Trio, coached by Jenny Amsinger, finished in 10th place. The trio swimmers were Sam A, Annie D and Kenna P. Solos Sam A. and Annie D. finished in 17th and 18th respectively.
In 13-15 age group competition, Grace D placed 9th in Solo and the Trio of Eliza L, Sam S and Sophia E placed 10th. Our 13-15 Team had a very strong swim and placed 17th. The team consisted of Sam A, Annie D, Kenna P, Emily P, Eliza L, Allison R, Sophia E, and Sam S. Our 13-15 duets swam beautifully: Sam S and Eliza L placed 18th and Caroline P and Sabrina V placed 21st. Soloists Sabrina V and Ashley B placed 25th and 32nd respectively.
The 16-17 Trio of Catherine M, Grace D, and Caroline P placed 12th. The 16-17 Trio of Ashley B, Allison R, and Maria A placed 19th. Soloist Maria A placed 29th.
