Spring Invitational Meet
Saturday, March 26, 2011 -- The Synchro Gainesville Gaviatas Novice team, coached by Betsy Seymour, once again swam extremely well. Results: 9-10 Trio - Rosalyn, Amelie, Anusha - 3rd; 9-10 Duet - Anna & Cierra - 3rd; 11-12 Duet - Lila & Katie - 2nd; 8&Under Solo - Lucy - 2nd; 9-10 Team - Lucy, Rosalyn, Amelie, Anusha - 2nd; 11-12 Team - Anna, Cierra, Lila, Katie - 2nd; 11-12 Figures - Katie 2nd; 8&Under Figures - Lucy 2nd.
Saturday, March 26, 2011 -- The Intermediate team of Lauren & Bonnie did an amazing job placing 4th in duet. Bonnie also placed 8th in Figures. These swimmers are coached by Jenny Amsinger.
Sunday, March 27, 2011 -- The Age Group Team, Coached by Becky Dyroen-Lancer, Jenny Amsinger and Maggie Salib, performed with strength and beauty.
Results from the 11-12 competition include: Trio - Samantha A, Annie, Kenna - 1st; Duet - Kenna & Marissa - 2nd; Solo - Annie 1st & Samantha A 2nd; Figures - Annie 2nd & Samantha A 3rd.
Awards from the 13-15 Competion include: Trio - Eliza, Samantha S, Sophia - 1st; Duet - Sabrina & Caroline 1st, Samantha S & Eliza 2nd, Allison & Ashley 3rd, Emily & Anna 5th, Solo - Grace 1st, Sabrina 2nd, Ashley 3rd; Team - Annie, Eliza, Samantha S, Emily, Sophia, Allison - 1st; Figures - Grace 1st, Ashley 2nd, Caroline 3rd, Sabrina 4th, Samantha S 5th, Eliza 6th.
